Who Is This Scan For?
Perfect for expectant parents who want a special bonding experience and lifelike images of their baby before birth. This makes a wonderful experience to share with grandparents and siblings too. Also available for twin pregnancies.
What to Expect
The scan takes approximately 20-30 minutes. We will first check baby's well-being, then switch to 3D/4D mode to capture images and video. Baby's position and the amount of fluid around the face affect image quality — if baby is facing your back, we may ask you to take a walk and return. You will receive printed images and digital video clips.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if baby is in the wrong position?
If baby's position makes it difficult to get good 3D/4D images, we will ask you to take a short walk, have a cold drink, or move around to encourage baby to shift. If images still aren't possible, we will offer a free rescan.
When is the best time for a 3D/4D scan?
The optimal window is 26-32 weeks. Before 26 weeks, baby may not have enough facial fat for detailed features. After 32 weeks, there is less room for baby to move and show their face.
